Information about the organization that is providing the regional workforce initiative, including name, mailing address, phone numbers and Web site address. Please note that information concerning your specific workforce program will be entered in the Program Information section below.

Program Information:

Information about the specific regional workforce initiative, including name, description, Web site address and contact data. To further define the program, you must select a type of activity, a target group and a geographic location, which are explained below.

One organization may have more than one regional program.

Type of Activity:

• Career Counseling and Development - Activities such as skill assessment and counseling that focus on creating an awareness of various career opportunities and strategies in pursuing them.

• Education and Training - Activities that focus on developing applicable skills.

• Placement - Activities that focus on attracting and placing individuals in organizations in the information technology industry.

• Community Support and Advocacy - Support activities, such as child care, transportation and housing assistance as well as advocacy and community building activities.
